Hi Rowers , as per email sent, DO TAKE NOTE that the training on 030110 will be sea training instead.Please be present at Kallang Water Sports Centre bt 1530hrs for warm-up before hitting water by 1600hrs.
Please ensure that you have plenty of rest and hydrate yourself well cause training willl be tough in preprataion for MR500 in upcoming March 2010.
Last but not least, i need all of you to revert that you've understood the instructions well and cleat to punggolcentraldragons@live.com.Thanks.
