Hi Rowers , as per email sent, DO TAKE NOTE that the training on 030110 will be sea training instead.Please be present at Kallang Water Sports Centre bt 1530hrs for warm-up before hitting water by 1600hrs.

Please ensure that you have plenty of rest and hydrate yourself well cause training willl be tough in preprataion for MR500 in upcoming March 2010.

Last but not least, i need all of you to revert that you've understood the instructions well and cleat to punggolcentraldragons@live.com.Thanks.

Annual General Meeting cum Dinner

P/S : Do let Peter know if you are keen to volunteer as a road marshaller for a Walk-A-Jog on 27 Dec 09(sun) at 7:45am near Sengkang CC.Residents of Punggol Central CC are strongly recommended.

Well Done Dragons !!

Well Done dragons !!! It was an outstanding performance in the 29th Singapore River Regatta 2009 held at the Singapore River.Though we did not make it to finals :) , we had good timings and it was a good experience for both old and new rowers alike.
