Sunday Training 27.09.09

Please be present at Sengkang Community Club at 5pm in running attire for a short jog to Sengkang Sports Centre for circuit training in preparation for the upcoming 5 men crew race in October.

For those who are unsure about the location of Sengkang Community Club, it is located next to Compass Point/Sengkang MRT station.

For those who are unable to attend the training session, please do let Peter be informed..

Training will be brought forward to 0930hrs,There will be no running but those who wish to, please be back on time latest by 0940hrs to hit water proper.

Event - SDBA/Taman Jurong CSC/PA Water Venture 5 Men Crew Dragon Boat Race

Date - 10 and 11 October 2009

Dear rowers, Im sure by now all you would have received Peter's email with regards to the above event.We will be training for the race to be held on sat and sun 10/11 Oct 09.

Each team will race a distance of 250 meters. Each team consists of 4 paddlers and 1 steersman.

The events that we would be taking part in :

1 ) National Championship (Men)

2 ) Inter-Business Houses & Clubs (Open)

3 ) PA Constituency Invitational (Open)

Do read the rules and regulations sent to all of you pertaining to the event and do return the filled indemnity form to Peter on the next training, Sun 13th Oct 09.
